The short version

Your journal lives on your devices. If you turn on Cloud, a copy lives on our server so your devices and your AI can reach it. We don't run analytics, show ads, or sell anything about you.

On your devices

The apps keep your journal in a SQLite file on each device: to-dos, food, training, notes and settings. If you add your own AI key, it's kept in the system's secure storage (the Keychain on Apple devices), never in the journal file.

Without an account, nothing leaves your device except the AI requests you make (see below).

Connected AI apps

When you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another agent, you approve it on a consent page. It can then read your journal, and write to it if you allowed that. What it does with what it reads is covered by that app's own privacy policy. You can disconnect any of them at any time in the app's Settings.
